
Interim New Product Development & Innovation Manager

Someone who brings not just creative vision and strategic thinking, but also a fresh perspective to help shape a more diverse and inclusive product portfolio. In this role, you won’t just develop new products—you’ll lead the full journey from concept to packaging to positioning, ensuring every innovation resonates with a broader audience.

Resposibilities Interim New Product Development & Innovation Manager
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Lead multiple innovation projects simultaneously, from concept to market launch, with a focus on timely and successful delivery;
- Create distinctive product propositions, including (re)formulations, sustainable packaging development, and artwork design;
- Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis, market research, and competitive analysis;
- Represent the voice of the customer by conducting consumer research and translating insights into product strategies;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, sourcing, quality, and regulatory—as well as external partners like product and packaging developers to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements Interim New Product Development & Innovation Manager
We are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or innovation, preferably within retail or FMCG;
- Proven experience in end-to-end product development and launch;
- Experience with sustainable design practices and packaging innovation;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and trends into concrete actions;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and effective communication across diverse teams.
